Jamie has always had a love for fitness and was very active in sports as a kid. However, as she got older managing her weight was a struggle. It was hard for her to find balance between food and fitness goals.
In 2015, she was fed up with the endless diet rollercoaster and decided to get serious. Her competitive side took over, and she made the decision to set a goal which she could not turn away from and registered for a NPC Bikini competition. Announcing her goals to friends and family kept her motivated to give it her all. She had 30lbs to lose in only 3 months. She took to the stage with so much confidence and rocked it! The experience taught Jamie so much more than the importance of fitness, exercise form, and nutrition plans. It taught her discipline, self love, and most importantly that she could do anything she wanted no matter the obstacles. Staying committed to her goals and staying consistent got her to where she is today.
Since that moment she has dedicated her life to fitness and helping others through fitness training, nutritional planning, posing lessons, and moral support. Her mission is to reach as many people as possible through fitness so they too can be the best version of themselves.

It is hard to put into words what BT Fitness and Berhane mean to me. Berhane is more than a trainer, he is a friend and confidante who genuinely cares so much about his clients.
Four and a half years ago, I happened to come to one of Berhane's Boot Camp classes with a friend and immediately fell in love with his style of training. It was fun, challenging and the environment was warm and welcoming. Soon after, I transitioned to private sessions with Berhane and have continued to this day three times a week. I try to never miss a session with Berhane as they as so valuable and really change your body every day.
Because of Berhane's patience and encouragement, I am now stronger than I can even could have imagined: not only physically, but mentally as well. Whenever I have days or moments of self-doubt, he quietly encourages me. It is through this steady encouragement that I was able to compete in my first bodybuilding competition in April 2017-something I never would have dreamed as possible. Getting to know Berhane and his classes and training is honestly the best thing I have ever done for myself.

About six years ago, I was introduced to “The Greatest Personal Trainer in the World” Berhane, and my life has not been the same. I showed up for my very first session feeling nervous and apprehensive, but I left feeling like I could have control over my health, which is my wealth.
Berhane was able to lovingly convince me that taking control of my health is about much more than losing weight; it is about being fit and healthy, which leads to a better quality of life. I have been trained by other trainers before, and not one of them ever talked to me about my body fat, what I was eating, my lifestyle, knowing my cholesterol, blood pressure etc. numbers. All that they did was workout with me; therefore, I never saw results. However, Berhane helps me to focus on the important things: diet, lifestyle, and fitness.
We often talk about commitment, and Berhane is a committed trainer; he sticks with his clients. I have been working out with him for years, and he has never canceled a session with me. He is never sick or late; he makes never makes excuses for himself or me. Yes, there are lots of trainers in the world, but we need people and trainers in our lives who encourage us to be our very best without making excuses, and that is what Berhane does consistently. Because of him, my fitness levels continue to increase, and my energy and happiness levels are to the roof, literally!

BT Fitness changed my life. I have been training one on one with Berhane Mehari for 8 years. I am now in my 60's and am in the best shape of my life due to Berhane's strength, cardio, nutritional, and mental training. I gained strength, muscle & bone density with Berhane's uniquely customized workouts. In my time with Berhane, we have never done the exact same workout twice. He is the greatest challenger and motivator. Berhane listens, understands your goals, and makes you physically and mentally stronger. He has pushed me past my comfort levels safely and when I reach my goals, I have the confidence to shoot for higher goals. I am now able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. My overall health is always on the rise. His upbeat attitude makes me want to train and he will throw in a little fun with hardcore training. I achieved what I formerly believed was the impossible! His knowledge, dedication and encouragement to each of his clients at all levels of fitness is inspiring.
